Hi there, I'm Ryan Sweet (a.k.a. az_trackguy)

I run track with the Arizona Flames Track Club out of Mesa Community College as a masters athlete. I run the 1500m & 800m & recently started doing the 400m.

This last track season of 2008, I beat my HS PR in the 800m (was 2:08.40) (now 2:04.96) & finished up the season nationally ranked in my age division (35-39) 12th in the 1500m & 8th in the 800m.

Currently, during the fall/winter 2008 I'm helping to train Kristina Vanderhout, one of the top HS girls in Arizona. - In doing so, I've started doing 5k's again (I hate 5k's) I guess if it helps her out, then its all worth it :)
